Internal Telemarketing Do Not Call Policy

State and federal law require companies that initiate telemarketing sales calls to institute policies and procedures for maintaining a list of telephone numbers of consumers who do not wish to receive telephone solicitation calls. In compliance with these requirements, Enhancify.com LLC ("Enhancify") has established the following "do-not-call policy" to be followed both by Enhancify and by all persons, affiliates, and vendors making telephone solicitations on its behalf.

  • Enhancify does not place auto dialed marketing telephone calls to cellular telephones, or pre-recorded calls to residential or cellular telephone lines without first obtaining express written consent from the recipient of such calls. Enhancify does not require recipients of such calls to agree to such contact in order to purchase anything from Enhancify.
  • Enhancify maintains a do-not-call list that contains telephone numbers of individuals who either: (i) request directly from Company or persons calling on its behalf not to be called again for any solicitations or (ii) have requested to be included in either the national do-not-call registry or a similar state-maintained registry.
  • No telemarketing agent, affiliate, or outsourced vendor shall place any telephone solicitation call to any telephone number without first ensuring that the telephone number has been checked against the then current do-not-call list maintained by Enhancify.
  • For do-not-call requests made directly to Enhancify, such requests are maintained indefinitely. In connection with requests made by the individuals placing their telephone number on a state or federal do-not-call registry, Enhancify subscribes to these lists and receives updates as frequently as required by applicable state and federal law, and does not call numbers appearing on the then-current list.
  • Upon receipt of an individual's Do Not Call Policy request, Enhancify will promptly mail a copy of this written policy to the individual by regular US mail provided the complete mailing information is provided.
  • Individuals who wish to receive a copy of our Do Not Call policy or who wish to be placed on our company's Do Not Call list may do so by contacting us as set forth below. At a minimum, a request to be placed on the Do Not Call list must include a legible phone number that is to be placed on the list.

  • Upon receipt of a request for a phone number to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list, the telephone number will be placed on our list within 5 business days from the date of the request. However, it may take up to 10 business days from the receipt of a request to completely remove a phone number from all our calling lists. By placing their number on Enhancify's Do Not Call list, the individual may be excluded from certain offers that are presented by telephone in the future.
  • If a individual's number has been placed on the Do Not Call list and the individual changes their phone number or establishes any new phone numbers at their location it is the individual's responsibility to contact us at the above listed location to place their new number(s) on the Do Not Call list.
  • To the extent that an individual ever asks to be removed from a telemarketing list or stop being called, all telemarketing agents, affiliates, and vendors shall add that individual and the telephone number associated with the individual to a shared master do-not-call list.
  • When a telemarketing agent, affiliate, or vendor receives a request from an individual to not receive future telemarketing calls, the telemarketing agent shall: (i) immediately record the request in the individual's electronic file in the computer/CRM software, or record the individual's name, address, and telephone number on a manual request sheet that is subsequently returned to the agent's supervisor at the end of each shift; (ii) politely inform the individual that his or her request has been recorded and that it takes approximately 10 business days after receipt of the request to remove the individual's telephone number from all of the company's telemarketing lists; and (iii) end the call.
  • If an individual has an existing business relationship with Enhancify, by placing their name on the company's internal Do Not Call list, the individual is simply excluding their number from future calls and offers by telephone. Being on the Do Not Call list does not affect an individual's status as our customer. The individual's telephone number will remain on the internal Do Not Call list for 10 years from the time the individual places their number on the list or updates it.
  • Telephone Representatives are trained on our Do Not Call policies at the time of their initial training. Further, Telephone Representatives are retrained on our Do Not Call policy every 6 months.
  • Any person involved with telemarketing for Enhancify is trained, informed, and directed to comply with applicable state and federal do-not-call requirements as well as Enhancify's do-not-call policy. Failure to comply with the do-not-policy is grounds for termination of employment or the business relationship between Enhancify and vendor.
